Job Summary:
Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting existing teammates in analyzing complex data sets to identify insights and trends, creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and contribute to data-driven insights.
- Support the identification of trends and patterns in data that inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the maintenance of data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Assist in communicating findings to stakeholders using data visualization techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics).
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis and statistical knowledge.
- Understanding of tools like Google Sheets, Power BI and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
