Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative & Candid Photographer & Videographer to join our team for the upcoming season. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality, emotionally resonant, and visually stunning moments. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics, with specific expertise in wedding and candid documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Capture high-quality candid photography and videography during events and assignments.
- Storytelling: Frame shots and direct sequences that tell a compelling visual story aligned with brand standards.
- Equipment Management: Safely handle, maintain, and utilize professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project briefs and deliver consistent visual outputs.
- Editing: Review raw footage, trim segments, and assemble high-impact cinematic wedding films, teasers, and social media reels.
- Post-Production Support: Collaborate with editors or manage basic sorting and raw file delivery efficiently under tight timelines
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in wedding photography and videography, and post-production editing.
- Technical Skill: Proven expertise in candid framing, lighting manipulation, and understanding movement.
- Mandatory Equipment: Must own professional photography and videography gear (camera body, versatile lenses, and essential accessories).
- Preferred Equipment: Ownership and proficiency with the Sony Alpha series camera ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Portfolio: A solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating exceptional wedding, candid, and final edited work is required.
