Role Overview
We're looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our premium wedding venues.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the venue is always guest-ready, operationally efficient, and maintained to the highest standards. You'll manage the on-ground staff, oversee property maintenance, and ensure every guest and client enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Facility Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the venue.
- Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, lawns, and event spaces are clean, well-maintained, and operational at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Ensure the venue consistently meets Meragi's quality and hospitality standards.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage and supervise on-ground teams, including housekeeping, gardeners, security, kitchen staff, maintenance personnel, and other support staff.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors whenever required.
Guest & Client Experience
- Act as the primary on-ground point of contact during weddings and events.
- Resolve guest queries, accommodation requests, and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable experience for clients and their guests throughout the event.
Operations & Compliance
- Monitor inventory, utilities, and operational requirements for the venue.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal wedding planning and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in hospitality, property management, facility management, or hotel operations.
- Experience managing hotels, resorts, villas, banquet venues, or premium hospitality properties is preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent guest relationship and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness, upkeep, and operational excellence.
- Willingness to work on-site and during weekends or events as required.
