Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop, update, and present short-term and long-term financial forecasts to management.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate MIS – including Cash Flow Reporting for leadership review.
  • Build, monitor, and analyze inventory-related KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, aging, obsolescence), delivering actionable insights.
  • Partner with business and controllership teams to identify risks and opportunities impacting cash flows and working capital efficiency.
  • Support annual operating plans, budgets, and scenario planning models.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and reporting requirements.

Qualification -
  • CA / MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1/2 B-School
  • 1–2 years of work experience in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2C business models, especially around cash flow and working capital dynamics.
  • Proven track record of driving financial insights and influencing business decisions
  • Experience in leading and managing a team is preferred.
