Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented finance professional to join our growing Finance team. This role combines accounting, financial reporting, compliance, MIS, cash flow management, and business finance responsibilities.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency, improve reporting processes, and support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage accounting records, reconciliations, and book closure processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure all reconciliations related to books of accounts are completed on time.
- Liaise with auditors, accountants, and external stakeholders for audits and compliance closures.
Compliance & Reporting
- Handle monthly GST, TDS filings, and ITC reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, highlighting risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve working capital and financial efficiency.
Business Finance & Strategy Support
- Assist leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain financial models, scenario plans, and ad-hoc business reports.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations.
Qualifications
- CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or business finance roles.
- Prior experience in a startup, CA firm, consulting, or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, compliance, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
