We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to enhance customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and managing escalations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customers via calls to collect feedback on products and services
  • Handle first-level customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Work closely with category leads to identify solutions and improve customer experience
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and feedback
  • Contribute as a strong team player in a collaborative work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support and escalation management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear communication and a soft-spoken approach
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
  • Good coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
