We’re looking for an experienced Wedding Planning professional to lead a cluster of venue-based Wedding Planners. This role focuses on driving team performance, ensuring exceptional client experience, and delivering seamless wedding execution across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a team of Wedding Planners across multiple venues.
- Mentor and coach team members on client handling, planning, and execution.
- Drive performance across sales, planning quality, and client satisfaction.
Client Experience & Planning Oversight
- Oversee the end-to-end planning journey for all weddings within your cluster.
- Step in for key client interactions, escalations, and high-value bookings.
- Ensure planners deliver well-structured, on-budget, and client-aligned wedding plans.
Design Alignment (Guidance)
- Guide planners on design sensibility, layouts, and overall wedding experience.
- Ensure consistency in aesthetics and execution quality (without owning design creation).
Execution & Coordination
- Ensure smooth coordination between planners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee critical events and support on-ground execution when required.
- Troubleshoot challenges to ensure flawless delivery.
Performance & Process Excellence
- Track team KPIs across conversions, planning timelines, and execution quality.
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Who This Role Is For
- 3–7 years of experience in wedding planning / event management.
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end weddings.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Good understanding of wedding design and aesthetics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
