We’re looking for a creative leader to drive the design vision for our weddings while managing and mentoring a team of Design Consultants.
In this role, you will own the creative direction for multiple weddings - guiding your team from concept to execution, while ensuring every event delivers a cohesive, cinematic, and elevated experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Client Experience
- Lead the design vision across weddings—from concept creation to final execution.
- Develop and present unique themes, mood boards, and design concepts aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into cohesive experiences.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality design output across all projects.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a team of Design Consultants, driving creativity and performance.
- Review and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand and client expectations.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance design culture within the team.
Planning & Execution
- Oversee design execution on-ground, ensuring concepts are delivered as envisioned.
- Conduct site visits to assess venues, identify challenges, and guide design solutions.
- Work closely with vendors, production, and planning teams for seamless execution.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated on global wedding trends, materials, and design innovations.
- Continuously bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate client experiences and design standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, set design or related field.
- Proven experience in wedding/event design with exposure to leading or mentoring teams.
- Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of aesthetics, themes, and spatial design.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
