Overview
We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to enhance customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and effectively managing escalations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to customers via calls to collect feedback on products and services
Handle customer escalations on primary level with professionalism and empathy
Work closely with category leads to identify solutions and improve customer experience
Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards
Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and feedback
Act as a strong team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in customer support and escalation management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
Good coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in handling customer interactions over calls
