About the Role
We are looking for a Catering  Intern who will assist in curating, coordinating, and
executing catering solutions across diverse events. This role is ideal for someone passionate
about food, hospitality, and client experience, with a keen eye for detail and strong
coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in designing and curating catering menus based on event themes, client
preferences, and regional concepts
● Coordinate with caterers and vendors to gather quotes, menus, and service details
● Support in vendor shortlisting based on cuisine expertise, budget, and event
requirements
● Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, décor) to ensure seamless event
execution
● Conduct research on regional cuisines, food trends, and innovative catering formats
● Help maintain and update the catering vendor database and reference guides
● Support in client presentations by compiling menu options and catering concepts
● Assist during events (if required) to ensure smooth catering operations and quality
control

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Event
Management, or related fields
● Prior internship or exposure to events/catering is a plus (not mandatory)
