Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, people-first communicator to join us as a Relationship Manager. This is a high-interaction, high-ownership role where you’ll engage with couples at the start of their wedding journey—understanding their needs, guiding them to the right venues, and introducing them to our services.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement & Qualification

Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries
Understand requirements, budget, timelines, and preferences
Set clear expectations and assess feasibility
Recommend suitable wedding venues based on client needs

2. Drive Venue Visits & Closures

Schedule and coordinate venue visits
Follow up consistently with interested clients
Address queries, objections, and concerns effectively
Convert leads into confirmed venue bookings

3. Services Introduction & Upselling

Introduce wedding services such as décor, catering, photography, and planning
Provide an initial understanding of pricing, inclusions, and possibilities
Drive post-booking service sales in collaboration with planners and designers

4. Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact during the sales journey
Maintain regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp
Ensure a smooth handover post-sales while continuing to support service conversions.

Who This Role Is For

Freshers or Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience.
Excellent spoken communication (English + regional language is a plus)
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with new people daily.
Enjoys high-volume calling and customer interaction.
Persuasive yet empathetic in approach.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
