Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Venue & Planning Lead who will own a venue end-to-end while leading a team of planners. This role combines strategic venue ownership, team leadership, customer experience excellence, and operational process-building.
You will be responsible for driving venue performance, ensuring exceptional design execution, and building scalable processes that elevate customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Venue Ownership
Own and manage a designated venue as an independent business unit.
Drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction for the venue.
Ensure high-quality design, planning, and flawless execution of all events.
Build strong relationships with venue partners and stakeholders.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of planners.
Define clear KRAs and KPIs with strong tracking and feedback mechanisms.
Foster a high-performance, design-driven team culture.
3. Process & Operations Excellence
Build and standardize processes for planning and execution.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
4. Customer & Design Strategy
Understand customer personas and tailor offerings for different segments.
Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas.
Ensure every wedding reflects premium design and personalization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams for seamless execution.
Translate customer vision into actionable plans across departments.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or a related field .
Experience leading teams in a design-driven environment.
Strong business ownership mindset with operational excellence.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
