Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Meragi shows up online. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to plan, create, and grow content that inspires couples - while supporting our business goals. This is a role for someone who enjoys both creativity and structure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Strategy & Planning
  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with marketing priorities
  • Plan seasonal and city-specific campaigns
  • Identify content themes and storytelling opportunities
  • Stay updated with social trends and adapt them thoughtfully
Content Execution
  • Manage Instagram, YouTube and other key platforms for our master and sub-brands
  • Brief designers and editors with clarity
  • Edit your own content as needed
  • Write engaging, relatable captions
  • Ensure visual and tonal consistency across the brand
Performance & Growth
  • Track key metrics like engagement, saves, reach, and inquiries
  • Analyse content performance and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team
Community Management
  • Respond to comments and DMs with warmth and professionalism
  • Help build trust with potential couples through thoughtful communication
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media.
  • Experience working for D2C brands
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
  • Some experience in long-form content is a great to have
  • Good copywriting and communication skills
  • Organised and comfortable managing timelines
Bonus If You:
  • Have worked in the wedding ecosystem hospitality, lifestyle, or D2C brands
  • Understand aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • Have experience directing or shooting reels
  • Enjoy brainstorming creative campaign ideas
