Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Manager to build and manage our vendor network. The role requires strong negotiation skills and operational expertise to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and seamless execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
- Research, identify, onboard, and develop a strong and reliable vendor network.
- Source vendors based on client requirements and obtain competitive quotations.
- Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost-effective and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain and regularly update the vendor database with complete and accurate records.
- Track vendor performance, service quality, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
