Just like WeWork transformed boring office buildings into vibrant coworking communities, we are transforming traditional wedding venues into immersive, thoughtfully designed, guest-first experiences.
We don’t just rent venues.
We reimagine what attending a wedding feels like.
We’re looking for a Head of Experience Design — a high-agency builder who can translate vision into reality across physical spaces.
This is not an events role.
This is not décor management.
This is about designing the future of wedding experiences in India.
🚀 What You’ll Build
1️⃣ The Most Memorable Venue Visit Experience in the Market
Before families book, they visit.
You will redesign what that visit feels like:
• The emotional flow of the walkthrough
• First impressions within 3 minutes
• Hospitality rituals that feel warm and premium
• Storytelling that makes families feel confident
Venue visits shouldn’t feel like property tours.
They should feel like stepping into their future celebration.
2️⃣ Redefining What It Means to Attend a Wedding
Today, most weddings are beautiful — but predictable.
Your mandate is not to add 2–3 gimmicks.
Your mandate is to rethink:
• How guests enter
• How they discover the space
• How they interact
• How they are seated
• How food is experienced
• How moments unfold
• How transitions happen between events
• How the entire experience flows emotionally
This is holistic experience design.
We want to transform weddings from:
“Attend, eat, leave”
Into:
“Immerse, engage, remember”
You’ll build scalable systems — not one-off ideas.
You will define:
• Signature hospitality standards
• Experience rituals
• Flow design principles
• Interaction frameworks
• What makes a Meragi wedding feel unmistakably different
3️⃣ Execute Relentlessly
Vision without execution is noise.
You will:
• Convert ideas into pilots
• Work with décor, ops, planners, vendors
• Build SOPs and implementation playbooks
• Drive rollout across venues
• Move fast and iterate
This role is:
• 60% execution
• 20% program management
• 20% taste & design judgment
🧠 Who You Are
• High ownership. You don’t wait.
• Strong program manager.

• You think in systems, not isolated ideas.
• You get energy from building something category-defining.
Experience:
• 1–5 years
• Hospitality, design, production, brand experience, startup ops or similar
• Built something tangible before
Pedigree doesn’t matter.
Craft + ownership does.
