Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Intern, you will support the sales team by engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting relevant products and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, communication, and learning how sales processes work end-to-end.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients
- Respond to inquiries and share accurate information about products and services
Needs Assessment
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and pain points
- Assist in mapping client needs to suitable solutions
Product & Service Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s offerings, features, and benefits
- Communicate value propositions clearly to prospective clients
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to establish trust
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
CRM Management
- Record and update all leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Ensure data accuracy and timely documentation
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and either Kannada or Telugu.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
