Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offer closures for junior to mid-level roles

Handle monthly payroll coordination, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT), and employee payroll queries

Own HR operations including employee lifecycle management, documentation, HRMS, attendance, and leave tracking

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day people matters

Support employee engagement, internal communication, and policy implementation

Continuously improve HR processes and support audits/compliance as the company scales

Bring hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations with strong people skills and ownership mindset
