We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and highly organised Senior Wedding Planner who has managed premium weddings (₹1 Cr+ budgets or international weddings) and can guide clients, lead teams, and create stunning, cohesive wedding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Build deep client relationships, understand their vision, and offer personalised direction.
- Ensure smooth, clear communication throughout the planning journey.

Creative & Aesthetic Direction
- Define the overall wedding style—fashion, décor, experiences, invites, and more.
- Guide the couple and wedding party with styling choices, ensuring aesthetic consistency.

Planning & Execution
- Create structured timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Recommend and coordinate top vendors in line with the client’s taste and budget.
- Lead event-day execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure flawless delivery.

Commercial Ownership
- Build budgets and maintain profitability through strong negotiation and vendor management.
- Track payments and ensure timely collections.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor planners, designers, and production teams to deliver cohesive results.
- Drive collaboration and elevate team performance.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in premium wedding planning / event management.
- Experience handling international weddings or projects with budgets of ₹1 Cr+.
- Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to handle pressure with emotional maturity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous team management or leadership experience is required.
