About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and reporting, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in gathering, processing, and verifying accounting and financial data from various departments.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in line with internal policies and audit requirements.
  3. Support the preparation and management of reports, forms, and databases related to fees, billing, and project tracking.
  4. Perform data entry and basic analysis using Excel and financial tools to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary financial inputs and resolve discrepancies.
  6. Contribute to month-end closing activities and other ad hoc finance tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  4. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  6. Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  7. Prior internship or project experience in a finance-related role is a plus.
